Northern Water Forum
A WASPAR project outcome
Enabling free exchange of ideas, knowledge, opinions, hopes and aspirations among all relevant people for the future status of Water Resources in the Northern Province. Water Security is the chosen phrase here to indicate what we are working for. Water Security includes all things that need to be in place in order to ensure that a population has access at all times to adequate quantities of water of acceptable quality and safety, and enough water for the livelihood and development of that population as well as for preserving the ecosystems they depend on. Northern Water Forum does not exist now. It is the ambition of the WASPAR project that such a Dialogue Forum for the Northern Province will ‘emerge’ through the participatory processes and action orientation of WASPAR.
What We Offer
Repository
Northern Water Repository is a knowledge hub where all previous works published on the subject of Northern Water Resources have been compiled and held together. This Repository is accessible to all relevant users: the public, government, students and research users
Water Forum
Members of community and those from participating institutions who are active in the Platforms and Forum will be able to interact and communicate among fellow participants in moderated discussions in future, or via Blog spot.

Outputs of main events, workshops and research activities will be made available on this page
Research
At present public and participating stakeholders can reach the project via email. Later Forum members will have the possibility to interact in moderated discussions in special meeting rooms.
